Shipping policy

All pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipment. During holiday seasons or special releases, processing times may extend slightly. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

If you need your piece by a specific date, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail within the United States.

Estimated delivery times:

  • First Class: 3–5 business days

  • Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

Shipping upgrades may be available at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

We may offer free shipping promotions during special events.

International Shipping

We currently don't ship to select international destinations. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can resolve the issue promptly.
